Ryan Potter serves as Managing Director of Research for Elevar Market Analytics, where he leads the firm's global fertilizer market analysis and develops proprietary market outlooks and commercial recommendations. His work focuses on global nitrogen, phosphate, potash, sulfur, and energy markets.

Prior to joining Elevar, Ryan spent 18 years with Koch Industries in commercial strategy, market analysis, business development, and executive leadership. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Sales and Engineering within Koch Engineered Solutions, helping lead a business turnaround from a significant annual loss to strong earnings growth.

Earlier, Ryan led Koch Fertilizer's global ammonia market analysis, managed a 600,000-ton ammonia sales portfolio, and commercialized Centuro® and ANVOL®, expanding Koch's value-added fertilizer business. Ryan has extensive experience in global fertilizer and energy markets, supporting capital investment, commercial strategy, pricing, and risk management across the fertilizer value chain.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Kansas State University and an MBA with an emphasis in Economics from Wichita StateUniversity.
