Brent has more than three decades of experience leading, developing, building, and financing large-scale petrochemical facilities. He most recently held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Mountain View Clean Energy where he remains Vice Chair and a board member. MVCE is a development company focused on decarbonized hydrogen and ammonia. Prior to that, he was Chief Executive Officer at Swiss-based Consolidated Energy, Ltd., a major global producer of methanol and nitrogen products with operations in USA, Trinidad & Tobago, and Oman.

Previously, Brent was the Chief Operating Officer of Consolidated Energy’s USA business based in Houston. He also served as Chief Executive Officer of the Natgasoline joint venture during its construction, commissioning, and debt structuring. 

Prior to that, Brent was Senior Vice President-International at Koch Fertilizer, leading the company’s international joint-venture investments and non-USA project development.

Brent holds an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a bachelor’s degree from Augustana College.
