Brent has more than three decades of experience developing, building, operating, and financing large-scale petrochemical and energy facilities. He most recently held the position of Chief Executive Officer of Consolidated Energy, Ltd., a global producer of methanol and nitrogen products with operations in the United States, Trinidad and Tobago, and Oman.

Previously, Brent was the Chief Operating Officer of Consolidated Energy’s USA business in Houston, where he oversaw the company’s natural gas-to-methanol plant operations and development. He also served as Chief Executive Officer of the Beaumont Natgasoline joint venture during its construction, commissioning, and debt structuring.

Prior to that, Brent held several leadership roles at Koch Industries, working internationally in corporate development, finance, operations, and project transitions. Earlier in his career, Brent held roles at CyberCrop, PepsiCo, Eagle Industries, and CBI Industries.

Brent holds a Master of International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, and Business Administration from Augustana College.
